Interweaving Pope Francis’s latest encyclical on the environment, “LAUDATO SI: On care for our common home” and women’s issues, Radford Ruether’s topic for the day will be “Spirituality, Ecology, and Feminism.”

On Saturday, July 25, Call To Action and several other organizations will convene a forum on women in the Catholic Church called, "Women in the Catholic Church Today: What Francis Needs to Know."

Call To Action, Catholics for Choice and CORPUS are sponsoring this day-long forum. It will be an exciting and engaging event designed to inspire, educate and inform participants about the role of women in the church today, and why women are largely missing from the new tone and trends in the church.
