9:00-10:00 Keynote: “How Much Do We Love Justice? Are We Really ‘Woke’?” Irma Dillard

This event will provide an understanding of the true border situation to national CTA members and fellow travelers, and will contribute to national activism regarding the critical issues faced by the marginalized on our border. This will be three days of immersion and activism, not just listening.

A weekend conference examining Catholic vocation was held March 29-30 at Union Theological Seminary, a bastion of liberal Protestantism in upper Manhattan.

Catholicism has been crafted and refined by a communion of saints to the point where I feel it, and I speak it with my body through ritual and sacrament.

On November 9-11, 2018, hundreds of faithful Catholics gathered in San Antonio, Texas for Call To Action's National Conference, Santuario - Resistencia - Sacramento (Sanctuary - Resistance - Sacrament).

Elvira Arellano became a symbol for the rights of undocumented immigrants and families when she decided to take sanctuary in Adalberto United Methodist Church in Chicago.

In 2017, over 500 faithful Catholics gathered in Baltimore, Denver and Detroit for Call To Action's Regional Conferences!

Conference goers also learned from some of Detroit’s leading social justice organizers, including members of Keep Growing Detroit and clean water activist, Rev. Bill Wylie-Kellerman.

On October 20-21, nearly 300 people attended CTA’s East Coast Conference in Baltimore, titled “Justice and Mercy Under a Trump Administration.”

On September 8-9, nearly 100 people gathered in Golden, Colorado (outside Denver) for CTA’s Rocky Mountain Regional Conference.
