During the May 23, 2023 webinar, pilgrims Audrey Carroll, Brian Frank, and Cait Gardiner shared why they’re traveling to World Youth Day, what they hope to gain from the experience, and why it’s necessary for members and allies of LGBTQ+ to be visible in Catholic spaces. Audrey, Brian, and Cait also discussed why their sexual orientations, gender identities, and allyship are not incompatible with their Catholic identity; rather, their Catholic spirituality inspires and motivates them in their daily lives.
