Passion Rutledge has joined the staff of CTA as 50th Anniversary conference coordinator.
For Passion Rutledge, creating meaningful experiences that bring people together is at the heart of her work. As the event coordinator for the 50th Anniversary Conference, she oversees complex, high-profile programming that celebrates and advances social impact initiatives. Passion combines strategic vision with meticulous attention to detail to ensure events not only
run smoothly but also inspire action and community engagement. Additionally, Passion brings a wealth of knowledge on complex processes and capacity building for nonprofit organizations. Passion graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a bachelor's degree in Journalism. She currently resides in Little Rock, Arkansas, with her spouse and three children where she actively focuses on advancing human progress through restorative agriculture, technology, philanthropy, and equity.
