Workers in the Vineyard Retreat

Working for Catholic institutions isn't always easy. There are plenty of long days, dead ends, and brick ceilings. But there is also great joy and fulfillment in walking with others on their faith journey. Whether trying or triumphant, ministry is a vocation: a call from the Holy Spirit that tugs at the heart and changes the direction of someone's life. At the Workers in the Vineyard retreat, participants will delve into topics particularly relevant for those who work for Catholic institutions, including addressing issues particular to LGBT people, women, and others who feel disconnected and marginalized.
