Kevin Bussey joined the staff in February as office manager. He graduated from Loyola University/ Chicago's Institute of Pastoral Studies with a lay ministry degree in 1992. He has worked at U.S. Catholic magazine and at Don Bosco Multimedia, a religious education publisher. Kevin works as a part-time youth miniser on Kairos youth retreats. Of CTA he says, "It's a great place to work -- a modern office full of intelligent, caring people."

Sonja Bell is office co-manager. Sonja answers the CTA phone lines with unfailing warmth and grace -- not an easy trick while handling national conference registrations. Her diverse computer and office skills were honed at Chicago's Malcolm X College, and in years of experience with the accounting firm of Ernst and Young. She came to CTA from the customer service division of USA-GLAS, a worldwide auto glass company. After corporate jobs, Sonja loves the CTA workplace: "The people are great. It's like a family."
