Remembering Larry Gorski

CTA mourns the sudden death on Nov. 6 of Larry Gorski, head of the Chicago Mayor's Office for People with Disabilities, just two days after his CTA conference talk about changing both architecture and attitudes so that persons with diabilities might more fully participate in the Church’s liturgy and the life. A quadriplegic after being stricken by a spinal aneurysm when in his early 20s, Larry was for many years a national leader in advocacy for the disabled.
