| Special
savings on hotel accommodations
This year Call
to Action has arranged special lower room rates available only
to CTA conference attendees. To secure these low rates, make your
reservations TODAY. Discounted rooms will sell out quickly. Once
they are gone, we may not be able to get additional rooms at the
same lower rates.
Most conference
events are located at the Midwest Airlines Center, on Wisconsin
Avenue between 4th and 6th Streets in downtown Milwaukee. The
hotels listed below have the special rates. Cutoff for these discounts
is Oct. 2. To receive the discount rate when you call for a reservation,
you must mention you are with Call To Action.

Special
Airline Discount
Call
To Action has made special ticket arrangements with Milwaukee-based
Midwest Airlines, noted for awardwinning service and two-across
seating. Booking with Midwest Airlines you can receive a 10% discount
off any available published fare (provided all fare restrictions
are met) OR a 15% discount off tickets if you purchase them 60
days or more prior to travel (excluding these fare types: Group,
Student, Senior Citizen, VUSA, Introductory, Tour and unpublished
fares. Discount certificates, coupons and companion offers may
not be used with the convention discount.) For reservations, call
Midwest at (800) 452-2022, purchase online at www.midwestexpress.com/conventions
or contact your travel agent. To get either discount for Midwest
Airlines you need to mention the code CMZ 1560. Most other airlines
also serve Milwaukee’s General Mitchell International Airport.
Shop around for the best deal; ask about special discounts (e.g.
for seniors or companions); and check fares for flights to Chicago’s
O’Hare Airport.
Group
Discounts on Other Airlines
If you have
a group of 10 or more people attending the conference from your
area, many airlines are willing to offer a group discount. All
of your group must travel on the same flight both ways. You may
contact the airlines yourself or, if you wish to have a Call To
Action representative make these arrangements for you, please
call the national Call To Action office at (773) 404-0004. ext.
260.
